Family Promise of the South Bay: 2022

During COVID-19 (Spring 2020 - Fall 2021) Hat Trick was not allowed to donate used equipment or clothing anywhere! Fortunately, things changed in 2022. Although we still cannot ship internationally, Hat Trick made a sizeable donation to Family Promise of the South Bay Center in our own South Bay, CA. We donated over 200 lbs. of children's clothes (we grew a lot over COVID), as well as cleats, equipment, and clothes for moms and dads! As three Seniors from Mira Costa High School, we wanted to make an impact our final year!
Family Promise of the South Bay is a faith-based organization working to remedy homelessness and help families achieve sustainable independence. Family Promise and Hat Trick both believe no child should be homeless; no child should have to sleep in a car or under a bridge. If Hat Trick can offer a child hope and dignity with our donations, then we've reached success.
